Happy Chinese New Year!

2013 is the Year of the Snake. To celebrate the Lunar New Year, students travel to Boston’s Chinatown to perform at the New England Chinese Business Association Banquet. The evening kicks off with a lion traditional dance, followed by performances from area martial arts clubs, plus a wonderful dinner of many traditional Chinese dishes.

This year, we did demonstrations of tai chi, baoding qi gong and weapons.
